Falcon Investment and Loans Inc. uses this form to receive property-financing inquiries. This notice explains the information collected through the form and how it is handled.
Information you choose to provide
The form asks for your name, email address or phone number, the property’s state or territory, whether you are considering a purchase or refinance, and an optional approximate loan amount. It also records your permission to respond to the inquiry and your separate choice about optional email updates.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, financial statements or other sensitive documents. This form is an inquiry, not a loan application.
How your information is used
Your inquiry is sent to joe@falconloans.com so Joe Criscione can review your request, respond using the contact information you provide, and discuss the property and possible next steps. Permission to respond to your inquiry is separate from permission to send optional email updates.
Optional email updates
If you provide an email address and select the separate, optional email-updates checkbox, Falcon may email you occasional updates about financing options. This choice is not required to submit an inquiry or request services. It does not authorize marketing calls or text messages.
You can unsubscribe from these updates by emailing Joe at joe@falconloans.com. If an update includes an unsubscribe link, you may also use that link. The form records your choice in the inquiry email; it does not automatically enroll you in a mailing-list service.
Access, service providers and sale of information
Joe Criscione handles inquiry responses for Falcon. The website is hosted with GoDaddy. The form uses GoDaddy’s hosting email relay. Email service providers also process the messages to deliver, filter and store them. These services are necessary to operate the form and receive inquiries.
Falcon does not sell the personal information submitted through this form.
How long information is retained
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Retention periods vary with the nature of the inquiry, any later application or transaction, and the requirements that apply. This notice does not assign one fixed retention period to every inquiry or loan application. Email, related records and service-provider backups may have different retention requirements.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The form uses a temporary session cookie and request token to help prevent forged submissions. It also keeps time-limited, pseudonymous request counters to limit abuse. Expired counter entries are removed on a later form request.
The form code does not create a lead database or application log of your submitted details. Hosting and email providers may keep operational records as part of their services.
